Mary is a retired elementary school teacher and current education entrepreneur. This January she celebrated the big 6-0 and now she is ready to hit the road!!
Mary is the driving force behind this trip. Literally. She will be driving a support vehicle to minimize the load Carrie will need to carry on her bike. After she makes it to each night's hotel, she will set out to put in a few miles each day on her bike, meeting up with Carrie and biking the last few miles of the day in together.

Carrie just finished two years as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Honduras and in the fall will be enrolling in Harvard Business School. She is looking forward to biking every mile across this big, beautiful country and is very excited to be raising funds for Central American Medical Outreach (CAMO), an organization that deeply impressed her during her time in Honduras.
